Rental charges are subject to 13% Sales and Tourist Tax.

Your rental charges will include:

• All utility bill costs (excluding pool heating)
• Cable TV in family room and master bedroom
• Bedlinen and towels (please bring your own beach towels)
• Broadband internet access (just bring your laptop)

In addition we can provide at extra charge:

• Pool heating
• Cots/highchairs

You will be required to pay a security deposit of £150/$250 on payment of final balance which is totally refunded providing there are no breakages or damage.
