villa, with nearly 2000 square feet of fully air conditioned
living space is on two storeys.
It has five bedrooms, sleeping 11 people comfortably,
three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining
area, a family room and a double integral garage containing
games facilities with an air hockey table and table
football.
The pool is 30 ft x 15 ft and is set in an extended
private, south facing deck, the perfect spot to relax
on the sun loungers and enjoy the uninterrupted views
of the lake and nature reserve while basking in the
sunshine all day long.
The furnishings throughout the house are of a very high
standard to make your stay as luxurious as possible.
The villa is of superior quality and offers unsurpassed

The Living
Space
Family Room
This is a large open plan room with wonderful views
through the patio doors over the swimming pool and lake,
the ceiling stretches to the roof of the building enhancing
the feeling of spaciousness.
It has beautiful furniture, cable TV, video and DVD
players and a hi-fi system.
The sofa turns into a double bed increasing the sleeping
accommodation if required.
Kitchen Area
This area comes complete with fully fitted modern units,
cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer with icemaker, microwave
oven, coffee maker and is fully equipped to make a quick
snack or a full evening meal.
Dining Area
This spacious open plan dining area features a large
table and seating for eight people. Patio doors lead
to the deck and pool area where additional space for
eating is provided.
Garage/Games Facilities
Located in the garage are the table football and air
hockey tables for your enjoyment and also the washing
machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and other laundry
essentials.
Sleeping accomodation
Master Bedroom
(overlooking lake and nature reserve)
The master bedroom is on the ground floor and
has patio doors which lead onto the deck and pool area.
It features a king-sized bed, cable TV and walk-in closet.
It also has a very large en-suite bathroom with corner
bath and large shower, double wash basins and a separate
toilet.
Bedroom 5
(Ground Floor)
This bedroom has twin beds and a built in closet. It
has the facilities of the bathroom directly across the
hall (bath/shower, double washbasins and separate toilet).
Bedroom 2 (First Floor,
Triple Room)
This bedroom has one double bed and one single bed (ideal
to sleep a family with one child), it also has a built
in closet.
Bedroom 3 (First Floor,
Double)
This bedroom has a double bed and built in closet.
Bedroom 4 (First Floor)
This bedroom has a queen sized bed, a built in closet
and views over the lake and nature reserve.
Bedrooms 2,3 & 4 share the third bathroom which
is on the first floor and incorporates a bath/shower,
double washbasins and toilet.
Please Note
Further sleeping accommodation is provided by a sofa
bed located in the lounge.
The Bathrooms
The house features three spacious bathrooms. The master
bedroom has ensuite facilities which include a large
corner bath (very luxurious with bubbles!), large shower,
double wash basins and separate toilet.
The fifth bedroom on the ground floor also has a private
bathroom across the hallway which includes a bath, shower
double washbasins and seperate toilet.
The third, first floor, bathroom is shared between
the upstairs bedrooms and includes bath/shower, twin
basins and toilet.
The Pool
The pool is 30 ft x 15 ft and is set in a large, fully
screened, south facing deck area with numerous sun loungers,
tables and chairs provided for your enjoyment.
The pool has shaped steps leading from the deck, underwater
seating and lighting for those night time swims.
The pool backs on to the lake and nature reserve so
privacy is guaranteed and the views are not to be missed.
The pool is maintained regularly and can be used all
year round, heating is available during the winter months
if required at an extra cost.

Features
Although Crescent Lakes is a mainly residential community and therefore relatively quiet and crime free, we have installed a safe for added security and peace of mind.
Entertainment equipment including televisions and
hi-fi system are available.
Help
and Guidance
Our contracted local management company maintain the
villa to the high standards necessary to ensure you
have a carefree and enjoyable holiday.
They also provide a useful information package for your
guidance. In the event of any problems or emergencies
they can be contacted 24 hours a day to provide assistance.
We have a No Smoking and No Pets policy for
the comfort of the other guests.
