If you wish to go ahead and book the villa, please check [availability], print off a [booking form], read the [terms] and conditions on the terms webpage and send the form completed and signed to us with the 20% deposit.

If you can't print the form off, please use the [instant message system] and we'll be happy to send one out to you.

We will send you a receipt and contact you 10 weeks before departure when the remaining balance is due. Once this has been received, we will send you all the directions, keypad number for the villa and any necessary information.

You will be required to pay a security deposit of £150/$250 on payment of final balance which will be totally refundable when the villa is left with no breakage or damage.

We will be trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We operate this house as a private venture and have retained the services of a Crescent Lakes based Management Company to ensure your stay is the best it possibly can be.
They can be contacted 24 hours a day in case of emergency and if anything needs dealing with during your stay, please contact them for assistance.

• Some personal items have been left out for your enjoyment, please leave them for our next guests.
  
• We would also be interested in feedback such that we can aim to provide continuous improvement your next stay and subsequent bookings.
  
• Please respect the neighbourhood - you don't have to work the next morning but your neighbours probably do. This is a residential estate which provides additional recreational facilities.
