Our privately owned detached villa is located in Crescent
Lakes, a residential community which enjoys a truly
enviable location that is both secluded and tranquil
yet close enough to all of Central Florida's major attractions.
A short drive in the Florida sun will take you to the
magic and charm of Walt Disney World, the wonders and
thrills of Universal Studios and the beautiful sights
at Sea World. And nowhere in Florida are you very far
away from one of it’s hundreds of golf course’s.
The villa is also an approximately 60 minute drive
from the Kennedy Space Center, which is a fascinating
day out on the East Coast of Florida, where you will
also find the famous Cocoa and Daytona beaches.
More spectacular beaches are to be found on the West/Gulf
Coast at Clearwater, Sarasota and Siesta Key. The city
of Tampa and for the thrill seekers amongst us Busch
Gardens with its breath-taking rides are also located
on this coast.
Nearer to home, there are a wide variety of restaurants
to suit all tastes and numerous shopping malls, discount
designer outlets and 24 hour supermarkets within a short
drive of the villa. Kissimmee Old Town on a Saturday
night is also well worth a visit.
And for those wishing to leave the excitement of the
theme parks behind you can go horse back riding in the
beautiful Florida countryside or enjoy seeing the alligators
in their natural surroundings on an air boat ride, both
only 10 minutes away from our luxury home.
